Reloc is operated by LUMA NETWORK SOLUTIONS LLC (“Reloc”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website or use the Reloc service.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account and profile details, such as your name, email address, and preferences.
• Content you submit, including questions, chat messages, relocation details, plans, and tasks.
• Subscription and transaction details. Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by Reloc.
• Technical and usage data, such as your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, feature activity, and diagnostic events.
• Messages you send to support or otherwise share with us.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide accounts, AI answers, relocation plans, and integrations.
• Process subscriptions and maintain billing records.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• Respond to support requests and service communications.
• Prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI processing and service providers

We use service providers to operate Reloc. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us:

• Stripe for subscription billing, payment processing, and fraud prevention.
• OpenAI to generate answers in the Reloc app from your questions and the sources Reloc finds.
• DeepInfra to turn search queries into search vectors.
• Cloudflare to send sign-in codes by email, and Google when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Sentry for error reporting and performance monitoring. Diagnostic events may include technical, device, account, or request context.
• First-party product analytics on reloc.app to measure page views and product events such as chat usage.
• Hosting, authentication, communications, and infrastructure providers needed to run the service.

Please avoid submitting sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.

5. ChatGPT, Claude and other AI apps

You can connect Reloc to an AI app such as ChatGPT or Claude. You sign in to your Reloc account and approve the connection; the app then receives an access token for Reloc's search tools only.

When the app uses those tools, Reloc receives the search queries and the identifiers of documents or directory entries it opens, together with your account. Reloc does not receive the rest of your conversation. We record the time of each question asked this way to apply your plan's limits, and keep those records while your account exists. Searches made through an AI app are not added to your Sources in Reloc. The AI app handles your conversation under its own privacy policy. You can disconnect Reloc in the app's settings at any time.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the providers described above, with professional advisers, when required by law, to protect Reloc and its users, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may also share information at your direction, including through integrations you enable.

7. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and provider.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Reloc and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

10. Children

Reloc is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to Reloc.
