• Provide accounts, AI answers, relocation plans, and integrations.
• Process subscriptions and maintain billing records.

4. AI processing and service providers

We use service providers to operate Reloc. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us:

• Stripe for subscription billing, payment processing, and fraud prevention.
• Vercel AI Gateway to route prompts and responses to AI model providers. The provider handling a request may also process that request under its applicable terms.
• Sentry for error reporting and performance monitoring. Diagnostic events may include technical, device, account, or request context.
• First-party product analytics on reloc.app to measure page views and product events such as chat usage.
• Hosting, authentication, communications, and infrastructure providers needed to run the service.

Please avoid submitting sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the providers described above, with professional advisers, when required by law, to protect Reloc and its users, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may also share information at your direction, including through integrations you enable.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and provider.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
