Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Reloc, a service operated by Luma Network Solutions LLC (“Reloc”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using Reloc, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. What Reloc provides

Reloc helps you research relocation questions, organize information, and create action plans. Features may use artificial intelligence and third-party data or services.

Reloc provides general informational assistance, not legal, tax, immigration, financial, or other professional advice. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Verify important requirements with official sources and qualified professionals before acting.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewals through the available account or billing controls.

Taxes may apply. Refunds are provided where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. We may change future pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Reloc and provide features you request. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Reloc to:

• Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
• Submit malware or attempt unauthorized access.
• Abuse, disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
• Misrepresent AI output as verified professional advice.
• Circumvent usage limits or use the service to build a competing product without written permission.

7. Third-party services

Reloc may connect to services such as Stripe, Vercel AI Gateway, AI model providers, Sentry, and integrations you enable. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

Reloc, its software, branding, and content we provide are owned by Luma Network Solutions LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Reloc at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for the service or others, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Reloc is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that the service or its outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular relocation decision.

To the extent permitted by law, Luma Network Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or opportunities. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
